Jun 28, 2011 - The series between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens in the 2011 Stanley Cup Playoffsseems like a distant memorynow, a mere bump in the road in the Bruins' journey totheir first Stanley Cup since 1972.
Sadly, B's captain Zdeno Chara will have to relive the most horrifying part of that series all over again, as Montreal Police still want to question Chara following his hit on Max Pacioretty of the Canadiens.
Chara knocked Pacioretty into the edge of the boards, which resulted in a severe concussion and a fractured vertebrae. Chara was not suspended for the hit, causing a stir with Canadiensfans, who called the police to seek a criminal charge against him.
Montreal Police said that they would wait until the end of the Stanley Cup Playoffs to question Chara, and with the season in the books, they are close to the end of their investigation.
