Hollywood siren Megan Fox believes that treating herself on the weekend and having a healthy diet in the week is the secret to her stunning figure.
“Megan’s relaxed her strict diet and has been treating herself at the weekends. On weekdays she sticks to protein with salad and veg,” a source said. Apart from that Fox also works out with husband Brian Austin Greene. “He’s always worked out — and he got Meg into it. She does cardio and weights twice weekly but focuses on yoga and Pilates, which she loves,” the source added.
But Fox hates showing off her well chiselled body by wearing attention-seeking clothes. “If you wear anything interesting, you become instantly noticeable. I have this gorgeous Dolce and Gabbana white trench coat, but I can’t wear it without drawing attention to myself and I try to hide,”
