Lady Gaga : écoutez The Edge of Glory

Chelsea Handler - Chelsea Handler Confesses 50 Cent Romance

Chelsea Handler , ChuyComedienne Chelsea Handler has finally come clean about her whirlwind romance with 50 Cent, admitting she dated the rapper "very casually".

The TV funnywoman was first linked to 50 Cent last October (10) when they were photographed enjoying a night out together, but the stars adamantly dismissed talk of a budding relationship.
Now Handler has finally confirmed their romance, telling U.S. talk show host Piers Morgan, "We dated - very causally."
She added, "He's a very sweet, nice guy. He's fun, a great guy. He's the complete antithesis of what you would imagine. Sweet, funny, a great sense of humour."
Handler also used her appearance on Piers Morgan Tonight to address rumours her new boyfriend is Uma Thurman's former lover, hotelier Andre Balazs.
She told the host, "I'm seeing someone now. I feel like I talk about my love life (too much)."
When asked by Morgan, "Is he a hotelier?", she replied, "That sounds familiar actually! I have spent so much time exposing my personal life to everybody that I'm finally in a situation where I feel like it's disrespectful to another person.
"We all know who I'm dating! What do you want me to talk about? Underwear?! Sorry, I'm not being coy, we all know what's happening. I've learned to respect somebody else's privacy. He has children, so I have to be nice."

Loto-Quebec chases youth market with Lady Gaga ads

MONTREAL -

Lady Gaga is lending her Poker Face anthem to Loto-Quebec's new card game, but critics say young problem gamblers will be the big losers.

The Crown corporation has paid $300,000 for the rights to the American pop star's 2008 smash hit. It's the highest royalty fee in Loto-Quebec's 41-year history.

The dance song is featured in the gambling agency's Lotto Poker television ad that debuted Tuesday.

"We are looking for young customers in their 20s and 30s," says Loto-Quebec spokesman Jean-Pierre Roy. "Lady Gaga is more popular with this clientele."

The Gaga deal isn't sitting well with observers such as gambling critic Sol Boxenbaum, who tells QMI Agency that Loto-Quebec has been trying to reel in young gamblers for years.

"It's really, really unfair to go after that young market," said Boxenbaum, who played a key role in pushing Quebec to ban the sale of lottery tickets to minors in the 1990s.

He said that even though Gaga's underage fans aren't allowed to play Lotto Poker, young adults are just as vulnerable.

"These kids that get into trouble with gambling at age 18, they are the ones ... that when they get to be 30, 35, and have responsibilities, find themselves being problem gamblers."

Lady Gaga does not appear in the Loto-Quebec ad, but her Poker Face song plays in the background.

Loto-Quebec says it quickly recovered its $300,000 royalty fee. Lotto Poker earned $440,000 in its first two days of operation.

"It was $2.4 million the first week," said Roy.

Buttonless iPod Touch 5G a fake

Early last week images leaked of what was purportedly the upcoming iPod Touch 5G. Packing a 128GB storage capacity and buttonless home screen button (capacitive), two separate images leaked days apart from each other.

Update: Buttonless iPod Touch 5G a fake

At the time it was difficult to determine whether they were in fact real or a fake. With the first pictures being somewhat blurry it was almost impossible to tell. However the second picture almost certainly looked like a fake and today, TechCrunch has confirmed so.
The blog has just reported that on their "tip line today comes an email from the faker himself (or herself) talking about how easy it was to make a fake and get it on all the biggest gadget sites of the net."
Unfortunately that's how it is in the fast paced tech industry. Sometime as story goes flying out quicker than the experts can analyze and debunk them as fakes. That's why pencils have erasers right? So, we're back to square one then with the iPod touch 5G rumors... More on this as and when it develops.

Sony PS3 hacker accepts Ipad 2 jailbreak challenge

FORMER SONY PLAYSTATION 3 HACKER George Hotz, who uses the nym Geohot, has agreed to an Ipad 2 jailbreak challenge, according to a fellow hacker.

Iphone hacker Joshua Hill said on his Twitter account that he has challenged Hotz to "dump the Ipad 2 BootROM" before he can. Hill said Hotz accepted the challenge, and that the famous PS3 hacker "didn't have an iPad yet but he's getting one soon".

You would think Hotz had enough of taking on mighty corporations after his dealings with Sony, which filed a lawsuit against him threatening to unleash fire and brimstone after he successfully hacked the Playstation 3. This legal dustup led to Anonymous attacks against Sony, with the litigation finally ending in a settlement last month.

But before the PS3 business Hotz had been well known for jailbreaking Iphones and he appears ready to try again with the latest version of IOS, although it's surprising that somebody else hasn't managed to do it already, considering that Apple's shiny Ipad 2 has been out for some time.

But Hotz did say that there are some difficulties in jailbreaking the Ipad 2. He said in a blog post last month, "This is going to take quite a bit of reverse-engineering in order to get it to work. Apple is making it more and more difficult to jailbreak their devices."

It's unlikely that Hotz will attract the attention of Apple's lawyers, however, as although the cappuccino company doesn't like it, jailbreaking IOS isn't actually illegal, and indeed has become an accepted way of using Iphones and Ipads and playing around with programs without having to deal with the restrictions of Apple's App Store.

Hotz added, "Getting the iPad 2 jailbroken would mean that we are one step closer to jailbreak all the rest of the Apple iDevices coming this year including iPhone 5, iPod touch 5G or any new form of Apple TV they may introduce."
